With third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site, processing applications, conducting background checks, or providing other services on our behalf — these providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it for the purpose for which it was shared

To protect the legal rights, safety, or property of GVM or others

We use third-party vendors to operate the Careers Site and process form submissions. These vendors may collect technical data as described in their own privacy policies.

GVM operates an SMS messaging program for employment application and hiring communications only. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on the Site, you expressly consent to receive text messages from GVM at the number provided. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit an application or be considered for employment.

What we collect: Mobile phone number, opt-in consent, consent timestamp, and message records.

How we use it: Solely to send employment-related communications including application confirmations, status updates, interview scheduling, and hiring notifications. SMS data is never used for marketing.

NO SHARING: We will not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through this program will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency: Varies based on application status. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP or contact hrm@gvmco.com or 814.827.2707 for support.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
